Due to the nature of our products, all dog cakes are final sale.

Each cake is freshly made to order and customized based on the information provided by the pet owner. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Allergies & Dietary Responsibility

Pet owners are fully responsible for reviewing all ingredients and providing accurate dietary and allergy information at the time of ordering.
We prepare cakes strictly according to the details submitted by the owner and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse health responses in dogs.

If your dog has known allergies or dietary restrictions, please ensure this information is clearly stated before placing your order.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check all order details (including ingredients, size, design, and pick-up/delivery date) before confirming your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
