As fellow pet owners, we understand how important it is to use safe, wholesome ingredients. That’s why our cakes are made with healthy, simple, and grain-free ingredients like beans, chicken, beef, and sweet potatoes. All our ingredients are carefully selected to be pet-friendly and nutritious!

Can I customize the cake for my pet?
Absolutely! We offer full customization—choose your pet’s favorite flavor, size, and design. You can even add your pet’s name, age, or any special requests. We’re happy to adjust the recipe to meet any dietary needs or restrictions too!

Are Puppawlicious cakes safe for both dogs and cats?
Yes, our cakes are safe for both dogs and cats! Just keep in mind that some flavors may be more appealing to one pet over another, so feel free to choose based on your pet’s preferences.

How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure we have plenty of time to create the perfect cake, we recommend ordering 2–4 days in advance. For larger or more intricate designs, a little extra time would be ideal!

Can you accommodate pets with food allergies?
Yes, we can! If your pet has allergies or dietary sensitivities, just let us know, and we’ll create a custom cake tailored to your pet’s needs.

How long will the cake stay fresh?
Our cakes stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge and up to a week in the freezer. We recommend storing leftovers in the fridge to keep them fresh for longer.

Do you offer delivery?
At the moment, we don’t offer delivery, but we have two convenient pick-up locations for you to grab your cake fresh and ready to go!

Are there size options for the cakes?
Yes! Whether you have a solo pet or a whole furry family, we offer cakes in various sizes. From single-serving cakes to large cakes for a group celebration, we’ll make sure the size is just right!

What if my pet doesn’t like the cake?
While we use ingredients that are known to be loved by pets, every pet is unique. If your furry friend isn’t a fan, try offering smaller portions or saving the rest for later. Please note that due to the custom nature of our cakes, we don’t offer refunds for taste preferences

What if my pet has never had a cake before?
If it’s their first time trying cake, start with a small piece to make sure they enjoy it and don’t have any adverse reactions. Our cakes are made with gentle, pet-safe ingredients, but it’s always a good idea to introduce new treats gradually.

Can I add a message or special decoration to the cake?
Yes! You can personalize your cake with a custom message, your pet’s name, age, or fun decorations. From cute toppers to special messages, we’ll make sure your cake is as unique as your pet!
